I just wanted to let you know that Christine Guy has been very helpful. We haven’t made our trip yet but what impressed me was Christine’s commitment and patience in helping us. She helped us figure out, even if meant staying awake late, what would work best for us with planning and booking for our trip to Banff for September. I did approach other travel agents as well, she was the only one who was prompt and gave us enough time, navigated along with us, through all the options to reach the one that worked the best for us. We feel very good about our trip today and look forward to having good time!
